Gourmet Gorganzola
Courtesy of Maddy Kelly – Domicile Interiors, Calgary

Redefine simplicity with this one ingredient sauce...
  • Make the gorgonzola meatballs (Carmen's basic Meatball recipe) and cook thoroughly.
  • Place in a chafing dish on a low setting.
  • Here comes the complicated part - pour half a bottle of dry white wine over the meatballs to keep them moist.
  • Pour yourself a glass or two with the left over wine.
  • Serve and look like a gourmet genius!
