Bison Gorgonzola Burgers

INGREDIENTS

Carmen Creek Bison, ground
Egg
Panko flakes (or bread crumbs)
Garlic (fine chop)
Worcestershire sauce
Red onion (very fine dice)
Smoked paprika
Black pepper
Salt
Diced gorgonzola cheese

1/2 cup

METHOD

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and form into patties.
  2. Cook on grill over high heat for approximately 2-3 minutes per side depending on size of patty. These burgers should be cooked for 1/2 the time of beef burgers. Do not over cook.
