Carmen Says – Make Marvelous Meatballs Tonight !

A snap to make, a breeze to freeze, these pure lean, savory
meatballs are perfect for meals, appetizers or snacks

INGREDIENTS

Carmen Creek Gourmet Ground Bison
Eggs, slightly beaten
Shredded Mozzarella or gorgonzola cheese
Dried bread crumbs
Chopped onion
Grated parmesan cheese
Ketchup
Italian seasoning (dried)
Dried basil
Pepper
2 lbs

½ cup
¼ cup

1 tsp
1 tsp
½ tsp
 
 
METHOD

Combine all ingredients. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place in single layer on a cookie sheet and bake at 350˚F for 10-15 minutes until cooked through. Drain and let stand.

Yield: 8 dozen
