Shredded Mozzarella or gorgonzola cheese
Dried bread crumbs
Chopped onion
Grated parmesan cheese
Ketchup
Italian seasoning (dried)
Dried basil
Pepper

METHOD
Combine all ingredients. Shape into 1 inch
balls. Place in single layer on a cookie sheet and bake at
350˚F for 10-15 minutes until cooked through. Drain and
let stand.
